Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which ESGAIMS (“we,” “our,” or “us”) processes refunds related to the Early Adoption Offer and associated deposits. By participating in the Offer, you (“Client”) agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Non-Refundable USD $1.00 Reservation Deposit

The USD $1.00 deposit made to reserve one of the twenty (20) available Early Adoption Offer slots is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether:

  • The Client completes full payment;

  • The Client chooses not to proceed with the Offer;

  • The Offer is modified, rescheduled, or withdrawn.

This deposit secures priority access to the Early Adoption Offer and is considered a nominal commitment fee.

2. Refund of Full Payment (USD $6,000)

The full Early Adoption payment of USD $6,000 is non-refundable, except under the following limited condition:

a. Failure to Deliver Onboarding Access
If ESGAIMS does not provide access to the Premium Plan or initiate onboarding by January 15, 2026, the Client will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid, including the reservation deposit.

b. Failure to Deliver Initial Outputs 

If ESGAIMS does deliver the agreed upon outputs for the first 30 days within the agreed timelines, the Client will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount paid, including the reservation deposit.

3. Voluntary Cancellation by Client

If the Client voluntarily cancels participation after submitting the full payment, no refund will be issued. Clients are encouraged to finalize their commitment prior to making full payment.

4. Substitution or Transfer

Early Adoption Offer slots are not transferable to other companies or individuals without ESGAIMS’ prior written consent. Refunds will not be provided in cases of unauthorized transfers or substitutions.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for reasons outside of this policy, including force majeure or extenuating operational changes, may be considered solely at ESGAIMS’ discretion and are not guaranteed.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)

To initiate a refund request under Clause 2(a) and (b), email our support team at:

  • Full name and company name

  • Date and method of payment

  • Reason for the refund request

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

7. Amendments

ESGAIMS reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email and/or the ESGAIMS website.
